The FSA regularly collaborates with and supports several Florida medical organizations in our ongoing efforts to ensure safe, physician-led anesthesia. We encourage our members to get to learn more about these organizations and to support them in their continued good work for the people of state of Florida.

	The Florida Academy of Anesthesiologist Assistants: The FAAA is the leading organization for certified anesthesiologist assistants and anesthesiologist assistant students within the state of Florida. FAAA is the primary body dedicated to CAA practice in Florida, with a goal to maintain practice rights, encourage growth, expand practice locations, and secure the future of the anesthesiologist assistant profession.
	The Florida Medical Association: The FMA is dedicated to the service and assistance of Doctors of Medicine and Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine in Florida. Representing more than 25,000 members on issues of legislation and regulatory affairs, medical economics and education, public health, and ethical and legal issues, the FMA advocates for physicians and their patients to promote the public health, ensure the highest standards of medical practice, and to enhance the quality and availability of health care in the state of Florida.
	Florida Board of Medicine: The Florida Board of Medicine ensures that every physician practicing in this state meets minimum requirements for safe practice. The Florida Board of Medicine will license, monitor, discipline, educate, and when appropriate, rehabilitate physicians and other practitioners to ensure their fitness and competence in the service of the people of Florida.
	The Florida Chapter, American College of Surgeons: The Florida Chapter, American College of Surgeons, is a non-profit medical association that advances the care of surgical patients and safeguards standards of surgical care for an optimal and ethical practice environment.
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa	Florida Anesthesiologist Administrators Association: The FAAA is a professional organization of Practice Administrators, Anesthesia Billers, and Coders committed to sharing information in a cooperative effort to better the practice of  patient care, billing, coding, and healthcare compliance as it relates to the provision of anesthesia services.
