Updated Policy
As our conference continues to grow, we strive to accommodate as many attendees as possible. Each meeting registrant may reserve one room at The Breakers. For larger groups or families requiring additional or more spacious accommodations, we encourage you to explore our designated overflow hotel, where we have reserved a selection of suites and larger rooms.
Overflow Hotels:
Please make sure to register for the meeting before you book your room. Only registrants are eligible to reserve rooms within any of the FSA room blocks. Both of the below hotels offer complimentary transportation that may be used to travel to the Breakers (individual pre-reservations may be required). Those who stay at one of the overflow hotels will not have access to the Breaker amenities, but each hotel offers a wide variety of complimentary amenities.
Brazilian Court
FSA now has a block at the Brazilian Court! The hotel’s nightly rate is $310 for a standard room, and is less than a mile from the Breakers. You may reserve your room by calling the hotel directly at 561-655-7740. The block’s freeze date is May 15th. Please one room per meeting registrant.
The Brazilian Court offers complimentary amenities such as yacht rides, bike rentals, outdoor pool and hot tube, beach chairs, and a game room. See the full list of amenities.
White Elephant

The hotel is 0.5 mile to the Breakers, and is offering standard room and suites. View below to see rates. You may reserve your room with this Booking Link or calling the hotel directly at 844-607-0421. The room block will close on April 23rd. Cancelations three days or less before the reservation will be nonrefundable. Please one room per meeting registrant.
Please note all that stay at overflow hotels will not have access to the Breakers Amenities.

-All rates are subject to an 13% Florida state tax, which includes local occupancy taxes.
-There is an overnight valet charge of $40.00 should any guests travel with a vehicle.

The discounted FSA 2025 group rate of $310 per night for a standard room or $485 or a premium room (exclusive of resort fees and taxes) will be offered three days pre-and post-conference (based on availability) so you can extend your stay! A credit card and a 1-night room deposit will be required to guarantee your reservation. There is a limit of one room per meeting registrant.
The following policies apply to room reservations:
- All reservations are NONREFUNDABLE after May 9, 2025
- A limit of one rooms per meeting registrant
- A 1-night room deposit (excluding taxes) is required at the time of reservation.
- If a reservation is reduced in length of the stay within the cancellation period, a penalty fee applies.
- All reservations require a valid credit card and picture identification at the time of check-in.
